We are delighted to have once again been a winner in the Management Consultancies Association annual awards, ahead of very strong competition from the best of the UK consulting industry.

This recognition follows on from our win in 2016 for Best International Consulting Project, and being Highly Commended in 2015 for Change Management in the Private Sector.

This year we have won for Performance Improvement in The Private Sector for our work with Chemring (part of the Roke Group). Chemring Roke is a British centre of excellence for world-class innovation and engineering that provides equipment based on energetic materials (explosive, propellant) for the defence, civil defence and key commercial customers.

Our project transformed the operating model, culture and performance of this renowned engineering consultancy that was failing to deliver on its commercial potential after moving from being an in-house R&D department to a market-facing business unit. By doing the project with the organisation rather than to it, Curzon was able to help the organisation transform its culture, performance and financial results and position it for dramatic growth.

The Awards were announced at a Gala Dinner hosted by the Management Consultancies Association in London on April 27th.
Andrew Morgan, Curzon’s Managing Partner, said, “This Award is testament to the ongoing quality and commitment of our Curzon team. Our focus on working with the client and achieving results together is a key factor in our success. We achieve real and lasting results and this is our legacy. The results and changes introduced continue to have an impact long after the project has ended and it is something our firm is being recognised and remembered for more and more.”

“Our team will continue to put 100% effort into achieving sustainable results and pushing for the best possible outcomes for our clients,” continued Andrew.
